Cara leads and directs EnCompass’ academic enrichment and intervention programming. She also works to facilitate the development of Family Navigation and Surround Supports, addressing child and family barriers to academic success. Cara oversees new program development and curates partnerships in health and human services, food and financial literacy, job training, case management and social services to help children and families access the services they need to be successful.
